What makes for high-performance multidisciplinary teams?

Thoughts and musings on high-performance MDTs

Researching the legal sector and beyond

Drawing on extensive and wide-reaching professional experience, Sarah helps multidisciplinary teams thrive in all environments. If you’re building or leading a multidisciplinary team, Sarah fosters innovation and collaboration for high-level performance.

Sarah’s research has predominantly focused on the legal sector. Her Distinguished Fellowship through the Centre for Legal Innovation examined the question; ‘can lawyers better solve problems for their clients when working in multidisciplinary teams?’

Over a year-long research project, Sarah interviewed a range of leading minds working in the legal sector, while deep diving into other industries to understand what makes multidisciplinary teams so compelling.

You can find Sarah’s research blog posts and a three-part podcast created as part of the Legalpreneurs Sandbox below.
